DJGPP, a free C/C++ system for PCs: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/. This software has been used at CCC Stage 2 and at IOI.

FreePascal, a free Pascal system for PCs and other machines: http://www.freepascal.org/. This software has been used at CCC Stage 2 and at IOI.
